The Audit and Control agents

AI agents that audit every taka, every day.

Two independent agents watch everything the others do. The Checker re-checks every automatic step before it moves on. The Audit Agent traces every transaction and reports what it finds to the person you choose.

The problem

Most problems are found a year too late.

An annual audit looks at a sample, months after the money moved. By then the approver has forgotten, the supplier has gone, and the gap has grown.

Approved above limit

A manager approves a payment bigger than they are allowed to, and nobody notices.

Asks and approves

The same person raises a payment and approves it, with no second pair of eyes.

Quiet edits

An entry is changed after the fact, and the history is lost.

Your audit team

Two agents that check the checkers.

Both agents can read everything and change nothing. Findings go to the owner, chairman or board, as you choose, and never only to the person involved.

A

Audit Agent

Traces every transaction back to its request and approval, every day.

What it checks

  • Every approval was within the approver's limit
  • No one both asked for and approved the same payment
  • Payments split to stay under a limit
  • Entries with no trail, or edited after posting

Never does

  • Approve, edit, delete or hide anything
  • Send a finding only to the person involved

Logged 06:06 · Audit Agent · split-payment finding raised

C

Checker Agent

Re-checks every automatic step against the original records before it moves on.

What it checks

  • Exact amounts and accounts against the source
  • Only one possible match, never a guess
  • Nothing paid or posted twice
  • The rule used is the approved version

Never does

  • Approve any risk or payment
  • Pass a step when a check is missing

Logged 06:15 · Checker Agent · 1,284 steps passed, 1 blocked

Use cases

Where the Audit and Control agents go to work.

Payments split to dodge a limit

Three payments just under the limit to one supplier are spotted as a pattern and reported.

Asking and approving at once

The system blocks it. Where a small team makes it unavoidable, the owner gets a daily list instead.

An entry with no trail

A bank payment or Tally entry made outside the system is flagged the next morning.

The auditor asks for samples

Any transaction, with its full trail and documents, ready in one click.

Traced, tested, reported

Nothing hides in the gaps.

Every transaction is traced end to end, every day. Problems become findings with an owner and a deadline. A finding stays open until a named person closes it with a reason, and the Audit Agent re-tests it.

While you sleep

The audit runs before anyone asks.

By morning, every transaction from yesterday has been traced, and anything unusual is already on the owner's list.

Questions

Audit and Control questions, answered.

Can the Audit Agent change anything?

No. It can read everything and change nothing. It cannot approve, edit, delete or hide a record.

Who checks the Checker?

A separate test program runs planted right and wrong cases through the Checker every day. If the Checker fails, automatic steps pause until it is fixed.

Who receives the findings?

You choose during setup: the owner, the chairman or the board. A finding is never sent only to the person it involves.

Can someone delete the history?

No. Nothing is deleted, and a correction is a new entry pointing to the old one. A daily fingerprint of the log is stored where only you control it, so quiet edits show up.

What does our auditor get?

A monthly audit pack, plus any transaction they pick with its full trail and documents.

We are small, with one accountant. Does this still work?

Yes. Where one person has to do several roles, the owner gets a daily list of everything that person did, so nothing goes unseen.
