Can an agent pay a supplier by itself?
No. Agents prepare the payment. A named signatory releases it in your bank's own portal, and the bank statement confirms it afterwards.
What counts as a duplicate bill?
The same supplier and amount close together, a near-identical invoice number, the same document file, or the same service billed twice for one period. Each one is shown to a person with the earlier payment.
What happens when a supplier changes bank details?
Payments to that supplier stop. Someone calls the number already on file to confirm, and the first payment to the new account needs a person's approval.
Who can approve which amounts?
You set the limits by role. The Approval Agent sends each bill only to someone allowed to approve that amount. The AI can never change the limits.
Can routine bills skip approval?
Yes, if you and a second person set a standing rule for them, like fixed rent within a set amount. Your signatory still releases every payment in the bank.
Does it work with our bank?
Yes. It prepares a payment file for your bank's portal and checks the bank statement afterwards. A direct bank link can be added later where your bank offers one.
